The wine is fermented in a stainless steel tank. The grapes are harvested by hand in the village of Mukhrani in the Kartli region.
The wine has a dark garnet color, medium-intensity aromas of plum jam, ripe blackberries, blackberries, and squills. The wine has the character of "burnt fruit and tannins" characteristic of 2022. In 2022, in most parts of Georgia, during the summer, there was no precipitation for up to two months, which caused the burning of the skin of the grapes, the suspension of vegetation, and the preservation of strong tannins. The wine does not have the potential for long-term aging, to be served in 2024-2026,
Served with chilled berry soup, raspberry sorbet, marinated grilled fish, and grilled peach and goat cheese salad.
