The winery was founded in 2018 and is located 30 kilometers from Tbilisi. It possesses 40 hectares of vineyards in Kartli and Kakheti. The winery produces 200,000 bottles annually using both the traditional Georgian method in qvevri and modern methods, including stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels.
This rosé, made using the classic method from the Saperavi grape variety, showcases an intense crimson color. Pronounced aromas of ripe wild berries, particularly strawberries and raspberries, are present. It offers a well-structured palate with a warm finish, accompanied by notes of barberry.
Best enjoyed when young, it pairs perfectly with seabass, salmon with a creamy sauce, and grilled vegetables.
