Wine fermentation was carried out at 25-30% with skin in qvevri and was also left in qvevri for 10 months. Origin of grapes: Imereti, Sviri. The wine is characterized by a golden color of medium intensity, it is moderately intense on the aroma, there are tones of quince and brown plums. The palate is characterized by above-average acidity, medium tannin, and a short finish. Perfect to drink now and does not require aging. Goes well with grilled fish and chicken.
