Tsangala is an unfiltered Qvevri wine made by co-fermentation of two Kartli varieties - Budeshuri Tetri (50%) and Chinuri (50%). Tsangala is a light Qvevri wine, with light tannins and pleasant acidity. It is light amber with a golden hue and has aromas of toasted nuts, herbs, and bread.
The wine has a certain potential of aging in the bottle (another 1-2 years). It goes perfectly with grilled white fish, asparagus and light vegetable dishes.
