About Wine
The wine is made using the traditional Georgian method in qvevri, with a long skin maceration. The wine remains unfiltered. Both grape varieties are cultivated in the Tibaani microzone. A total of 1250 bottles were produced.
The wine exhibits a medium amber color with aromas of baked apple, baked pear, caramel, and baking spices. It is medium-bodied, with above-average acidity and young tannins. The wine has the potential to age for a short period and should be consumed within the next year. Recommended for consumption between 2025-2028. Pair with salty cheese, ham, and fried trout.
