The wine is pale straw-colored, brewed with traditional Georgian qvevri technology. A raw herbal (grass, leaves) tone is felt on the aroma. On the palate, there is a light hint of dried apricot, with light tannin, medium acidity and body.
The wine is interesting to taste after 10 years of aging.
It goes well with boiled seafood, fatty salads, and less sweet dried fruits.
