Churi Chinebuli is a small winery located in the second Sviri, in the Imereti region of Western Georgia. The winery produces wines both in qvevri (traditional Georgian method) and in stainless steel tanks using conventional winemaking techniques.
The wine has a dark ruby color. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, and dark chocolate. The wine is balanced, with medium tannins, high acidity, and a fruit-oriented palate. Additionally, it features a long fruit-oriented finish. The wine has the potential to be cellared; however, it is ready to drink, served between 2023-2030. Pair it with dark chocolate, grilled salmon, ratatouille, and roast chicken.
