Churi Chinebuli is a small winery located in the second Sviri, in the Imereti region of Western Georgia. The winery produces wines both in qvevri (traditional Georgian method) and in stainless steel tanks using conventional winemaking techniques.
The wine is ruby-colored, the maximum expression of the variety can be felt on the aroma, spices especially red pepper and bell pepper. The tone of peppers is repeated on the palate, firm tannin with medium acidity.
It will be interesting to taste it after 12 years of aging.
Wine goes well with fatty fish, pasta, and smoked meat.
