The winery works with varieties from 3 different regions, from Kartli, Kakheti and Imereti, which are also produced using three different winemaking technology - technology of qvevri, vinification in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels with battonage. Located in Mtskheta district, in the central part of Georgia, the winery produces around 50,000 bottles annually. The wine has a light lemon color. Medium intensity aromas of lemon, yellow apple, pear, quince, and hints of yellow field flowers. It has a lively, well-balanced acidity, a velvety, creamy structure, and a medium finish
