Wine fermentation is carried out spontaneously. The liquid is dark, intense amber and limpid. Aromas of ripe yellow fruit and fig jam can be found on the palate. The aromas of leather, and smoke are pleasantly noticeable. On the palate, it is medium intense, with strong tannins, medium acidity, and medium finish. A strong tannin-loving wine enthusiast will get a very varied experience, and for those who find strong tannin difficult to accept, I would recommend waiting until 2031 to develop this wine. It goes perfectly with meat prepared in the German way, shin, and pickled cabbage.
