About Wine
The wine has a dark garnet color, with concentrated, medium-intensity aromas of roasted meat, soil, black tea, black cherry jam, dried black plums, and black pepper. The wine is full-bodied, with lively acidity and sharp burgundy tannins. On the palate, you can feel the flavors of lively fruit, sour cherry, cherry curd, cornelian cherry, and wild black currant. The wine has the potential to age. Serve from 2024 to 2030 with grilled sausages, wild boar ragout, beef filet with truffle sauce, and risotto.
